Casting Call for Kids Ages 8-13 for Food Network Star Kids
If your child loves to take over the kitchen and show their skills to the family, they now have a chance to show their skills to the nation! Food Network is bringing a new version of their show Food Network Star for kids! They are looking for kids who have what it takes to host their own series on FoodNetwork.com with their new show Food Network Star Kids!
About the Show
This is a culinary kids competition series. In the original show, twelve hopefuls arrive in L. A. to compete for their own Food Network show. Before a finalist can be crowned the new Star, hopefuls have to impress judge-mentors on Food Network Star. The judges of Food Network Star are Bobby Flay and Giada De Laurentiis, both who of course, have their own Food Network shows.
Contestant Requirements
Food Network is looking kids between the ages of 8 and 13 who live to cook, love talking about food and ultimately have the skills to become the first kid Food Network Star.
The show is open to kids in the United States that are between the ages of 8 and 13 years old as of July 1, 2016

If you think your child has the culinary chops to compete for their own series on the Food Network, parents can Click Here to submit an application for their child. The deadline to apply for the show is Monday, June 13th, 2016 at 12pm so don’t delay or they won’t have the chance to cook for Bobby Flay!
